The Curasset Wall Street Bootcamp is a free, merit-based, 3-day immersive job shadow program for high-achieving high school juniors, seniors, and college freshmen in the New Jersey and New York City area. Students spend three days at Curasset's Newark office working directly alongside the investment team, gaining hands-on exposure to financial markets, Bloomberg terminals, and the day-to-day reality of working at an asset manager. 

 

The program runs in rotating cohorts of 4–5 students throughout the summer, with 5 cohorts planned for Summer 2026. Admission is application-based.
